- pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can t be regulated over 19 Celsius degrees (=66.2 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
