My arrival is late. How can I access the apartment?

Late arrivals must be agreed in advance. Check-in, identity verification and key collection arrangements depend on the apartment and may be handled by an independent local service provider. Any applicable charges and the final access instructions will be confirmed before arrival.

How do I get to Venice from the airport?

Venice can be reached from Marco Polo and Treviso airports by public transport or private transfer. The final arrival information will include the recommended route to the apartment and instructions for Guests arriving by car.

Are the apartments centrally located?

The apartments are located in different central areas of Venice. Each listing shows the area, location on the map and approximate walking or waterbus travel times to the main attractions. Please check the location details before booking.

Where can I park if I travel to Venice by car?

Cars cannot enter Venice’s historic centre. Parking is available at Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto and on the mainland, where more economical options may be available. The final arrival information will explain how to continue from the selected parking area to the apartment.

Are prices quoted in GBP, USD or EUR?

All prices are shown in euros. The displayed total includes any VAT applicable to the services included in the booking, unless otherwise stated. The Venice city tax is not included and must be paid separately where applicable.

How will the beds be prepared?

Beds are prepared according to the number of Guests and the sleeping arrangement selected or requested for the booking. Requests for separate beds or bedrooms must be made at least three days before arrival. Later requests are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen and towels are provided. Standard use of utilities is included in the booking price unless the apartment listing clearly states otherwise.

How are booking prices calculated?

Prices may vary according to the apartment, dates, length of stay, number of Guests and services included. The total displayed before booking confirmation is the applicable booking price. The Venice city tax is not included.

Can heating or air conditioning be used at any time of the year?

Heating and air conditioning must be used in accordance with applicable law, local regulations and the apartment or building system. In Venice, the ordinary heating season generally runs from 15 October to 15 April. Outside this period, heating may be available only where weather conditions and applicable rules allow it. Air conditioning, where available, must be used in accordance with the apartment instructions and applicable temperature limits.
