Very spacious apartment in a great location in Venice; near enough to get to everything but a little quieter than the main locations. Kitchen is small for preparing meals but well equipped.

Das Haus ist ein Traum, exquisit hergerichtet und eingerichtet, mit Kunstwerken von Nag Arnoldi- wunderschön. Die Dachterrase ist phänomenal, 4 Leute können bequem einen Drink nehmen, sogar ein ausgiebiges Frühstück geht, auch wenn es dabei dann etwas eng zugeht. (Für den Sommer zu beachten, es gibt keinen Sonnenschirm!) Die Lage ist gut, man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß zurecht und das Vaporetto hält gleich um die Ecke. Negativ fielen lediglich Kleinigkeiten auf : Etwas schlampig gespültes Geschirr, sonst war alles angenehm sauber. Es gibt nur eine Espressokanne, die 4 sehr kleine espressi macht, unsere Bitte nach einer größeren oder einer zweiten wurde nicht erhört. Im Bad im EG war der Warmwasserdruck in der Dusche so niedrig, dass warm duschen eher mühsam war. Wir haben die Zeit aber auf jeden Fall sehr genossen und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen! Tip für die Betreuung vor Ort: Der Agent, der das Haus betreut ist relativ "streng" und kompromissarm, enges Zeitfenster für den check- in und strenge Anweisungen für die Müllentsorgung. Das soll vom Bewohner übernommen werden (aller Müll soll selbst entsorgt werden; Venedig sammelt aber getrennt und das an verschiedenen Wochentagen, wenn nichts da bleiben soll, müsste man Müll einfach wo abstellen, oder mitnehmen...). da haben wir etwas geschluckt, aber wir haben uns dann schon arrangiert ;))

L'ombrellone c'è :) e inoltre stiamo anche valutando un tipo di copertura più efficiente e carina - Purtroppo la spazzatura, proprio perchè si tratta di affitto di un appartamentio è in carico ai visitatori. Non è possibile per noi offrire questo tipo di servizi neanche a pagamento: hotel e B&B non hanno cucina e possono effettuare servizio in camera, gli appartamenti offrono la cucina ed il servizio giornaliero non è permesso. - Lo so che i nostri appartamenti sono super :) ed è possibile fare confusione... ma non è una normativa fatta da noi - Le indicazioni di Ernst all'arrivo servono per evitare che la Polizia Municipale emetta delle multe a carico dei visitatori. Penso che questo possa essere apprezzato. Ernst è una persona disponibile ed è sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti: sia di quelli che sono arrivati che di quelli che arriveranno dopo. Grazie della tua review, garantiamo di fare tutto per garantire un ottimo soggiorno a tutti: avere tutti semafori verdi non è certo il miglior sistema di muoversi per strada.

Apartment was spacious and very well appointed. Mick was very responsive and remained in contact throughout from initial reservation until check-in. Ernst – the local contact who provided keys and completed the check-in and check-out provided great information and was very patient – we missed several of his texts and calls when we arrived because our mobile phones were not set up properly, but he was diligent and met us soon after we were able to connect.
The location is great – we took a Prenotazioni - Consorzio Motoscafi Venezia private water taxi from the airport and it dropped us off a few feet from the apartment – VERY convenient. Easy access to water taxi’s from San Basilio water taxi stop, but check the schedule – all water taxi’s don’t stop here after a certain time of the day. The roof top deck was great for afternoon and evening beverages. Area is very quiet except for the many church bells that ring throughout the day and periodic boat traffic in the canal. Many restaurants in the area – the ones on the Harbor Channel were great, but the best was behind and next to the apartment - Trattoria Anzolo Raffaele - great eggplant parmigiano and excellent wine list. A great place for a quick and delicious take-away lunch at Blu Bar – steps from apartment. We walked to St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge – everything seemed to be easily accessible by foot in a short period of time. Maneuvering through the walkways was challenging, fun and memorable.

TERRACE! The appartment was nice and spacious for our family and the terrace a great plus. Its location proved an excellent starting point for any trip into town. Although it is only 2min to the nearest water bus stop, it is quietly tucked away in a narrow street behind the busy quay.

Magnifique appartement décoré avec grand gout. Très bonne communication avec l'agence et les services de check in et check out. Propre et très confortable.
Juste quelques petites améliorations, quelques petits "plus" qui ne sont pas onéreux... bouteille d'eau minérale et quelques fruits à l'arrivée et savons dans les salles de bains. (nous sommes arrivés vers 23h). L'altana (terrasse) pourrait être plus accueillante avec un peu de verdure. Sinon expérience à renouveler. A recommander vivement.

spacious apartment. 1 floor had a dining and cooking area, 2 had 2 rooms and living area. Very clean and updated. Walls and furniture in good condition. The location: only a 3 mins walk to a water bus station and 10 to the main square.

Excellent location !
Very clean and comfortable with roof top terrace .
Beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend staying at the Arnoldi!
