• pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the places number indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can’t be regulated over 20 Celsius degrees (=68 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
• City tax (max 5 days per stay): max 4.00 Euro per day per person - (not included)

Payments

• • CHECK-IN arrival time and beds setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, the key delivery meeting has to be agreed before. From 2 pm until 8.30 pm is free cost check-in next to the apartment. Check-in after 8.30 pm? Self-check-in? Contact us to find the best solution. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
• a security deposit could be asked (not always, not for returning customers): Euro 180 (by cash, cheque, credit card) left on arrival and give back after checking the apartment at the departure. It's not part of the rental
• Venice tourist tax (not included): must be paid by cash on arrival
